Girls Tennis: Jackson Stays Perfect in Federal League
JACKSON 4, PERRY 1 — Laila Tadayon and Kamryn Rieder swept their singles matches without dropping a game, leading the Polar Bears to a 7-1 overall record and 4-0 in the Federal League.
Girls Golf: Green's Leah Dang Takes Medalist Honors
GREEN 184, McKINLEY 248 — Leah Dang shot a 40 to earn medalist honors and help Green secure a victory over McKinley.
Boys Golf: Tuslaw Continues Dominance
TUSLAW 144, MANCHESTER 166, NORTHWEST 177 — The Mustangs swept a triangular match to improve to 12-0 overall and 10-0 in the PAC-7. Elijah Cockrill carded a 1-under 34 to take medalist honors for Tuslaw.
MINERVA 173, EAST CANTON 182 — Wil Blackburn fired a 1-over 37 to earn medalist honors and lift the Lions to their eighth win in 10 matches.
Girls Soccer: Northwest Pulls Away, West Branch Stays Unbeaten
NORTHWEST 4, MINERVA 1 — Three second-half goals helped Northwest pull away for a win over Minerva.
WEST BRANCH 5, BERKSHIRE 0 — Elli Colian scored two goals and added an assist for the Warriors, who improved to 6-0.
DOVER 2, CARROLLTON 0 — Joslyn James recorded 14 saves for Carrollton in the loss.
Girls Volleyball: Fairless Edges Coventry, Carrollton Earns First Win
FAIRLESS 25-25-19-23-15, COVENTRY 18-12-25-25-6 — The Falcons prevented a Comets reverse sweep and held on to improve to 6-0.
CARROLLTON 29-25-25, CANTON SOUTH 27-18-22 — Juliaunna Miller recorded 27 digs for the Warriors, who swept the Wildcats for their first win. Carrollton’s Jolana Burgett served 15 points, including two aces.
